Hello^^ At the moment, the free translation service is a volunteer based service and it is totally up to volunteers who decide what to translate and when to translate. If you have a long (more than three-tweets long) translation request which needs to be translated accurately in timely manner, we suggest you considering other professional translation services. Alternatively you might want to try a language site called http://lang-8.com/ for free service - they are really great and I am sure you can get a lot of help from lots of people there.
