Does "미국분이신가봐요?" mean "What's it like in America?" If so, how can I say, "It's busy but it can also be the opposite. It depends on which part you live in. What is Korea like?"

Actually it means: You seem to be an American, right?

You can answer that question with "네, 미국사람이에요" (Yes, I'm an American)
